I did not partake in the Black Friday this year, did you? 

There are many reasons I did not but the number 1 reason is because I ate way too much food on Thursday (Thanksgiving)

So many people get wrapped up in spending and selling that they forget that we are human beings.  I must have gotten over 100 emails and facebook messages about Black Friday, Small Business Saturday and now today Cyber Monday. 

Instead of me sending you my latest HOT deal which you probably don’t care about; I thought I share with you a GREAT way to Sober up from Thanksgiving.

Three-Day Fruit Detox Diet:

The three-day fruit detox diet uses a simple meal plan comprising mainly fruit and vegetables to cleanse your system of toxins and reduce water retention.

The first day of the diet involves drinking a 6-oz. sugar-free protein shake every two hours. Dinner is a salad made of leafy-green vegetables and topped with lean chicken or fish and a lemon juice/olive oil dressing. On the second and third days, the protein shakes are replaced with a serving of fresh fruit. Again, dinner comprises a salad and a protein shake. It is advised to avoid adding starchy vegetables, such as potatoes, into the salad. Likewise, fruits should always be fresh and, ideally, organic. Fruits should not be preserved, dried, canned or frozen.

The first day prepares your metabolism for the next two days, while letting you burn the excess fat already in your body.

The diet highlights the benefits of a clean system, which can be felt after the three days.

The three-day fruit detox diet is a healthy way to reap the benefits of fresh fruits and vegetables. The list of benefits includes a toxin-free system, a healthier digestive tract, higher energy levels and an enhanced immune system.

As with other detox programs, following this diet alone may not result in long-term weight loss. The three-day fruit detox diet can help jump-start your weight-loss program. Follow this up with a good exercise routine, a healthy diet that includes whole grains, fruits, vegetables and lean proteins, and other lifestyle enhancements.

In 2008 I graduated with a Master’s Degree.  I know what a major accomplishment…right?  Well although I had accomplished such a large mile stone, I still felt that something was missing.  I was not making the money I originally thought I would have come pouring in after obtaining such a degree.

For a couple of years I was not making any more money and I was doing the same job and on top of that the economy was crashing. 

I needed help….I needed someone to help me get out of the rat race.  In 2010 I decided to take a different route with my life.  I decided that I needed to invest in myself.  No one is going to change me; I have to make the choice to do it. 

Life coaching focuses on your life in the present and future so you can expand your options, take action and move on. The coaching relationship, based on a growth model, is collaborative. Because the relationship between client and coach is peer-to-peer and boundaries are more flexible.
